How to revive characters without Pheniox Downs Rating: 89%  
After you get the ship that the viking leader gave you for defeating the Nepto Dragon. Use the ship then go northwest area of the place. When you reach it there chould be a dark castle. In the castle at the top floor you go out where you see an openning. There will be two fountains. On the right side the fountain heals your MP and HP. On the left side the foumtain revives all the dead characters.
