A new adventure awaits you from the makers of Trace Memory.
Kyle Hyde was once one of New York’s finest. Disgraced and driven off of the force he now earns his wages as a salesman. The life of a door-to-door salesman can bring you to a number of unusual places and Kyle soon finds himself at the door of a run-down Los Angeles inn called Hotel Dusk. Upon his arrival, Kyle immediately becomes wrapped up in a 30-year-old mystery. Lies, betrayal, kidnapping, and murder all make an appearance over the course of the night as Kyle discovers something very interesting about Hotel Dusk. Legend has it that Room 215 is able to grant wishes.

Huh? Yes you heard me, "grant wishes". You mean to tell me that you have never heard of a room that grants wishes? Well despite this twist of fantasy, Hotel Dusk: Room 215 promises to deliver a detective noir experience with a dash of mystery and intrigue to top it off. The story takes place over the course of one night on December 28, 1979 as Kyle tries to solve the mystery of what happened on Christmas Eve thirty years prior to his arrival.
This pulp fiction storyline is complemented by a unique sketch character animation, film noir camera angles, and dynamic lighting. In particular the sketch animation gives the game a unique look with black and white, hand drawn characters animated over full color backdrops. This gives Hotel Dusk: Room 215 a real retro story book quality that complements it well.
